DBC Students

There’s about 15 mins of worship, then a large group teaching followed by smaller Life Groups.

1.) The Journey (Wednesday night @ 6:50)- Pastor Matt will be sharing. I've encouraged students to bring friends. He will be offering a clear gospel presentation.
We will also be celebrating September birthdays with cake.
2.) Mission Projects
          > JOY Foods: During the month of September, Life Groups will be   competing in a canned food drive for the JOY Ministry. Every item brought will count as a point. The winning Life Group will get their Group Link on Oct. 22 paid for.
            > Trunk or Treat: Nov. 2nd. I need Life Groups to sign up to provide a trunk.
3.) Connection Class (Sunday morning at 9:15). 10th grade boys responsible for breakfast.
4.) Discipleship Groups (D2)- (Monday @ Chick-Fil-A at 6:45) Reading Nehemiah 3:1-32
5.) Hearts of Fire Retreat (Nov. 21-24 @ Pigeon Forge)- We will leave after lunch on Friday and return on Monday evening. We will attend the conference on Friday/Saturday & go to Dollywood on Sunday. The cost is $125 which includes lodging, Hearts on Fire ticket, & admission to Dollywood. The deadline to sign-up is Oct. 1st. You can sign-up by following this link:

6.) Dominican Republic Mission Trip (June 7-13)- The cost will be $1500. The deadline to sign-up is Nov. 2. You can sign up for the trip by following this link: https://dudleybaptistchurch-ga.subspla.sh/jxtwrsv , emailing me, or the sign-up sheet in the Student Center.
